"Simple ordering and a smooth checkout"
I had a easy time placing my order. The website was straightforward to navigate, and I found what I needed without much searching. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated. The prices seemed fair overall. My only small complaint is that some of the product details could have been a little clearer, but aside from that, it was a good experience and I’d be happy to order again

"Decent deals, but I wish I’d compared more"
I gave 4 stars because the prices are usually fair, and the discount codes definitely help. I did save a bit on my order, so I can’t complain too much, but I kind of regret not checking a few more sites first since not everything was actually cheaper here. Some items were a good deal, others were just okay. Overall, I’m happy enough, just wish I’d been a little more careful before buying.

"I had a frustrating experience..."
I had a frustrating experience with support. It took days to hear back, and I had to follow up twice just to get a response. Waiting that long is annoying, especially when you actually need help. It just felt slow, really slow, and the back-and-forth made it even more frustrating.

"Shipping was fine, but the reminders were a bit much"
My order did show up a little later than expected, but it got here in one piece and I’d still say the shipping was reliable overall. The only thing that really annoyed me was the constant, aggressive reminders along the way. A couple updates are helpful, but this felt like too much.
